Traditional sewage treatment plants are energy-consuming. At present, the electricity consumption of sewage treatment plants in the United States accounts for about 3-4% of the total industrial and agricultural electricity consumption, while that of sewage treatment plants in China accounts for about 0.3% of the total industrial and agricultural electricity consumption. The company adopts the new technology of bio-anaerobic (practical application stage of engineering) and microbial fuel cell (laboratory pilot and field pilot stage) to generate electricity from sewage and realize self-sufficiency and energy balance in sewage treatment plant.
